"All art is autobiographical, the pearl is the oyster's autobiography"

Federico Fellini

"What does an artist do?

He creates, paintings, poems, books, music.
They make you feel more alive. Art can make you less lonely.
Sometimes you read something - or you listen to some music or you see a piece of art and you find that this man, who may have been a very unhappy man - and - a man you've never seen, tells you something about your life. And it doesn't seem as awful as it did before.
A lot of artists didn't think of anything but self.
Maybe they had gifts, but they didn't think the gift was for others. They thought it was just for self. And that offended God and so they lost the gift.
We have to find our way out of the prison of the self."

Quote: James Baldwin "Tell me How Long the Train's Been Gone"

Lasst uns in euren Augen wohnen.
